We guarantee hassle free returns on all, uninstalled items, in original packaging.
Email us (Copkingomarine@hotmail.com) and have your order number ready.
We will review your request and if you meet the required conditions, we will help to initiate a return for you.
Carefully package the item, taking care to include all of its tags, bags, and manuals. Please be sure not to write on or damage the manufacturer's packaging material, as this can make an item not returnable.
Please be sure to ship your package in a sturdy shipping box.
Once we receive your package, we will inspect your returned items to ensure they meet the guidelines. If the item and packaging are in resalable condition, we will process your refund back to the original payment method.
The item must be uninstalled, unused, in resalable condition, in original packaging, and complete with all tags and manuals. Make sure to follow all the directions in the Return Process outlined above. OEM and aftermarket parts may be returned to Copkingo Marine within 45 days of receipt.
Special conditions apply to returns outside the continental United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and International Returns. To process a return from outside the continental United States, please call or email us for exceptions.
We cannot accept returns for items as Follow:
if the order was shipped too much time.(Due to new COVID-19,the shipping time is out of control.Please Understand!)
if the product packaging is torn open or the original packaging is damaged or incomplete.
if the product has been used, installed or altered in any way.
if more than 30 days have elapsed since the order was shipped.
if the product is a special order item that we do not normally stock in our warehouse.
We want you to be a satisfied customer, and we need your help to maintain our wide selection, name brands, and low prices.
Electronics, software, and unopened electronic charts in their original packaging and ready-to-be-sold condition may be returned within 10 days from receipt for a full refund of merchandise price.
Inflatable boats, outboard motors, life rafts, kayaks, trailers, cut goods, custom canvas, products with a broken seal, clearance items, close-outs, discontinued and specially ordered items are not returnable. If these items are found to be damaged or defective, you must notify us within 10 days for replacement. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns older than 30 days.
Except as noted above, products in the original packaging and ready-to-be-sold condition may be returned within 30 days for a full exchange or refund of merchandise price. Unused items not returned in their original condition within the 30 days, if accepted, will be subject up to a 20% handling fee for inspection, re-packaging, and re-stocking. We reserve the right to refuse returns or assess additional fees at our discretion if the merchandise is missing parts or is not in new condition.
Defective Products / Warranty Information:
Most items we sell are covered by manufacturers’ warranties. If you experience difficulty with a product, please contact the appropriate manufacturer for assistance and troubleshooting help. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve any issues.
Shipping Cost on Returns:
If a refund is issued we hold the right to not reimburse the orginal shipping costs or any additional shipping costs incured on returning the product.
